Conference on “Brain Drain – Migration of Talent.”

On 8th October 2024, Fylfot Public School hosted an insightful conference on the theme “Brain Drain – Migration of Talent.”
 The event was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including Mrs. Sangeeta Thapliyal, Chairperson of the Himwant Foundation, Other notable attendees included, Mohammed Farhan the marketing head of Bank of India,Mr Amit Dhyani ,senior manager of Bank of India and Mr Manoj Butola, manager of Bank of India.
The conference focused on the growing phenomenon of brain drain, wherein India's best and brightest minds migrate to foreign countries in search of better opportunities. The discussions revolved around various key sub-topics:

The highlight of the event was an emotional skit titled *“Forgotten Bonds,”* which depicted the struggles of parents whose children move abroad for better career opportunities. The skit focused on the emotional strain and disconnect that migration often creates within families, offering a touching portrayal of the human side of brain drain.
The conference concluded on a reflective note, urging students, and professionals to consider the long-term consequences of migration, both on their personal lives and on the future of India. The Chief Guests emphasized the importance of finding a balance between personal growth and contributing to India’s development.As a token of appreciation, mementos were presented to the esteemed guests acknowledging their valuable contributions to the event.
